Absolutely. Every VA we provide is rigorously vetted and subsequently trained specifically for your business, ensuring they have the skills to handle your tasks from day one. The training part can only happen with your cooperation. If you prefer that we give them a short induction and you train them yourself, that is also possible.

The VAs work for you and this means they will operate in the business hours and time zone stipulated by you.

All our VAs have a strong command of English, both spoke and written. We specifically ensure they meet professional standards, so you can expect clear, effective communication.

1. VAs work under strict confidentialilty agreements. What they do for your business remains there.

2. We are well versed in navigating official channels; such as working with the Australian and Philippine consulates, knowing how to get things done efficiently across borders.

3. We will advise you on best practices, such as what to provide VAs.

Whenever the VA cannot work, you are not required to pay them. Hence, they have an incentive to work. Furthermore, to ensure loyalty from the VA's, Diplomatic Envoy Consultancy may step in and pay the VA on days when they cannot work. There are no super annuation contributions to be made by you.

We can set up an Australian telephone number for the VA, which you pay only at very competitive local rates (not overseas ones). The Australian phone number will appear even if the call is coming from overseas. Alternatively, besides also your work email, there are plenty of other ways to reach the VAs such as Zoom, Google Meet and calling them directly on their mobile on WhatsApp. 

Usually we choose highly qualified workers from the Philippines, some of which we would have met them through one of our training courses there.
