Over the course of a decade in foreign affairs, he rose through the ranks to serve in senior diplomatic roles, gaining first-hand experience in navigating complex environments, managing sensitive relationships, and delivering outcomes where precision and trust were essential.

Rather than follow an early opportunity in the private sector, Kristian chose to invest in his education, completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations and a Master of Arts in Diplomatic Studies. This academic and professional path equipped him with a disciplined, structured approach to problem-solving, communication, and cross-border engagement.

Following his diplomatic service, Kristian spent another decade as a business owner, gaining direct, hands-on experience in the realities of running an enterprise; managing costs, leading people, serving clients, and adapting to changing market conditions. This period strengthened his commercial judgement and gave him a practical understanding of the pressures faced by business owners every day.

As CEO of Diplomatic Envoy Consultancy, Kristian brings together these two worlds: the discipline and discretion of diplomacy, and the practical resilience of business ownership. He understands that businesses require support that is dependable, confidential, and results-focused. Having lived and worked across multiple regions of the world, he appreciates the importance of clear communication, cultural awareness, and structured systems that perform reliably.
